Hmong Cultural Center
The Hmong Cultural Center (HCC) is a community center founded by the
Eau Claire Area Hmong Mutual Assistance Association, Inc., on February 7, 2019.
The purpose of HCC is to serve the needs of the Hmong community in the
Chippewa Valley and the programs of ECAHMAA, Inc.
The HCC allows the Hmong community to freely discuss, teach, learn, preserve and celebrate Hmong cultural traditions and heritage. The team’s vision was to create a common place of pride where all Hmong
can come together to nurture friendships, support each other, and support our youth to build our future.
To rent one or both of the halls, you must complete an application. Applications can be found below by clicking the application button. Please read all the policies and guidelines.
All funerals, weddings and events are required to rent their own dumpster. There is a $100 dumpster fee to use ECAHMAA's dumpster. If not, you may take your garbage home. During inspection if we see that the dumpster is full, we will take out additional funds from your deposit.

To complete and secure your event, please make an appointment at 715.832.8420 to talk to True Vue and Mao Xiong.
