Emergency Rental Assistance
The ECAHMAA provides rental assistance to families who are at risk of being homeless and/or families seeking permanent housing who are currently homeless. One month of rent or first month's rent will be provided directly to their landlords.
Please review the eligibility below to be considered for rental assistance.

Families whose income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline.

Families or individuals who are at risk at being homeless or who are currently homeless:

Have a current eviction notice from their landlord or referral from a shelter.

For first month's rent, a signed lease stating the rent amount

Families must not have received any other rental assistance within the last twelve months (Salvation Army, Catholic Charities, etc.)

Landlord willing to sign a Rent Documentation form.
Please note that funds are limited and services are provided on a first come, first serve basis to eligible families.
