"A Piece of Hmong"

In 2013, the ECAHMAA worked with Mai Xee Xiong and the Chippewa Valley Museum to document Mai's refugee story and her skills in making traditional Hmong hats.

We are proud to present this video of Mai's Hat Project which will be featured in the exhibit Changing Currents: Reinventing the Chippewa Valley later this year at the Chippewa Valley Museum.
